The United Arab Emirates are situated along the Gulf at the Arabian Peninsula, between Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman.
The U.A.E. although rich in Heritage is a young country formed in 1971 from seven formerly independent states - from West to East - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
